Dr. Abeer Asli-Badarneh is a specialist in learning disabilities, holding a PhD in Learning Disabilities from the University of Haifa. Her research focuses on teaching strategies in bilingual Arabic-Hebrew kindergartens, the impact of diglossia on reading, reading processes among typical and learning-disabled students, and early narrative development. Dr. Asli has also studied emotional and social learning. She holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Learning Disabilities, and a PhD in Learning Disabilities. On the practical level, Dr. Asli is an expert in differentiated instruction, social-emotional learning, adapted teaching methods, inclusion, and integrating artificial intelligence tools into teaching. She has done postdoctoral research at the University of Toronto and Bar-Ilan University. Dr. Asli’s background encompasses developmental, cognitive, and educational psychology applied to learning disabilities research and pedagogy. Her scientific publications and practical experience inform her work as a specialist equipping teachers with evidence-based and inclusive practices.
