Fathi Shamma

Dr. Fathi Shamma is Head of the Education Department at the Academic Arab College for Education in Haifa, a staff member of Prisma (Innovative Pedagogy), a member of the editorial board of the “Daruna” Journal. He holds a B.A. in Middle East Studies, an M.A. in Leadership and Management from Haifa University, and an M.A. in Educational Counseling from Northeastern University. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Yarmouk University in Jordan, completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Catania University in Italy, and is currently a post-doctoral candidate at the Open University in Ra’anana. He is a graduate of the Alumot Leadership Program at the Mofet Institute and the Mentoring Program at the Technion. His research focuses on curriculum, organizational justice, distance learning, teachers’ job satisfaction, school leadership, school climate, parent-school relations. He serves as a reviewer for international journals and has presented at conferences in multicultural forums.
